This form is reserved for libraries without an interlibrary loan management system (ILL).

For more information on ILL requests, please read this step-by-step guide (in French only).

Before you fill out the form:

• Have you located the item in an ILL-participating library?
• Did you write down the call number and the location of the item?
• Is your library registered as a borrowing library?
